As the Opening New Doors campaign reaches a successful close in 2024, NHMLAC is planning its next dynamic phase of future growth, which includes an ambitious initiative to Reimagine La Brea Tar Pits. The AVP of Advancement will be charged with innovating and refining the Museums’ advancement structure, systems, and programs cross-organizationally to support the needs for funding a range of scientific research, collections, exhibitions, and programs. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic fundraiser with exceptional major gifts experience and management skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $220,000 plus a wide range of benefits.
